Our community groups are designed to connect families and generations, through weekly meals together, fellowship, prayer, and studying God's Word! What does it look like to lead and shepherd a new, aging, or struggling congregation of believers, God's Way, for God's glory?
This Cohort, based on the book, "Leading Church Revitalization" by Mark Hallock, takes a straightforward approach to some of the difficult situations that Pastors and Church Leaders face in new church plants and churches that are in times of decline and peril. By focusing on the Posture, Priorities, Practices, and Perseverance needed to Plant, Replant, or Revitalize Ministries, we will take 15 sessions to explore the Scriptures and seek for the Holy Spirit to draw us deeper into a closer walk with Jesus, and to conform us into His image as we lead and care for His people!
We will be meeting at 424 E Wallace Ave in CDA every other Monday evening from 6pm-8pm beginning September 30th!

Prayer is not just a part of what we do here at Transform... It is the driving force behind ALL we do! For this reason we are prioritizing an hour of prayer every Sunday morning together. We invite you to join us at 8:45am in the prayer room as we spend time Thanking the Lord for all He has done, Expressing our Love for Him, Confessing sin, and Seeking for Him to work in our Church, Community and World.
Every Wednesday Night Transform Youth gathers for a time of Bible Study and Fellowship. We invite all Jr. High and High Schoolers to be a part Wednesday nights from 6:30pm-8:30pm at 424 E Wallace, CDA.
We have a Homeschool Co-Op community starting here at Transform! The King’s Crusaders seeks to build a community that supports and encourages students and homeschooling parents in learning and teaching in ways that bring glory to God. This year, the King's Crusaders will be doing regular mom's get togethers and field trips to strengthen and encourage homeschool families.
